I am a total beginner, can I still sign up?
Yes! Weigh-To-Go is designed to adapt to your needs whether you are a beginner or advanced. There are variations for all training exercises to ensure that they are accessible but challenging.
Help! I don’t have any fitness equipment.
All you need are dumbbells and an adjustable bench! Don’t have any? No sweat, I will build you a custom program with whatever equipment you have access too.
I am already in good shape, will this be challenging enough for me?
Absolutely! Weigh-To-Go is designed so regardless of your current fitness level you will be challenged.
Can I join Weigh-To-Go if I have a recent injury or medical issue?
Always consult your physician before beginning a fitness program. Got the green light from your doctor? 
Do you have a refund policy?
If you are injured, have a medical issue or another extenuating circumstance that prevents you from continuing the program, you will be refunded the remaining amount for the month.
